• I purchased tickets online. How do I get them?

    Once you purchase your ticket(s) you will receive a confirmation email with an attached PDF file that contains your tickets/QR code. The QR code can be scanned on your mobile device or on a printout upon arrival.

  • I want to buy tickets in person. Do you have a box office?

    Our box office will be open on September 15 at 12 PM-5 PM. Please check back for additional dates and times as we don't have regular box office hours.

  • I bought tickets for the wrong showtime. What do I do?

    Please email to transfer tickets to the correct showtime.

  • I bought a table but we all won't arrive at the same time. Can my friends still get in?

    Please email with a list of who is sitting at your table to ensure everyone is on the list to get it.

  • I am unable to attend. Can I get a reund?

    Refunds will be offered up to 7 days prior to the show. Please go to Eventbrite to request a refund.

  • HELP! It's sold out! Can I get on a waitlist for tickets?

    Absolutely! The wait list is on a first come first served basis. Please email to be added to the list.

  • What's in the prop bag?

    We think this is best way to interact and have fun during the show! Prop kits items are subject to availability which may include newspaper, bells, noise makers, hats, lights, cards, bread, etc. NO OUTSIDE PROPS will be allowed in the venue.

  • Where do I get my prop bag?

    After checking in, you'll proceed to the Prop Bag table for pick up. Please have your ticket/QR code available for pick up.

  • I ordered my tickets but forgot to buy prop bags. How do I do I buy them?

    Prop bags can be purchased without buying tickets! Go to Eventbrite ticket page and simply add the number of bags you want and check out.

  • Can I get a refund on prop bags?

    No. This is non-refundable.

  • I pre-ordered a custom RHPS t-shirt. When and where do I get it?

    After checking in, you'll proceed to the T-shirt table. Please have your ticket/QR available for pick up.

  • Can I purchase a RHPS t-shirt at the event?

    A select number of sizes will be available at the event. We recommend pre-ordering to guarantee your requested size.

  • Can I dress up?

    ABSOLUTELY! We encourage everyone to dress up! Keep in mind NO weapons (even toy weapons) will be allowed. Please see our FAQS/information page for more information on what is not allowed onsite.

  • How do I participate during the event?

    A handout will be offered upon arrival with all the 'callbacks' and how to participate. Don't forget to buy a prop bag too!

  • Can I bring my child to the event?

    Rocky Horror is rated R - RESTRICTED and contains strong adult material. Parents are urged to learn more about the film before taking their children with them. Persons 17 and under require adult supervision at all times.

  • Will there be food and drink at the event?

    Yes! Norsemen Brewing will be onsite with a full bar and their signature Time Warp cocktails. DJ's Catering will also be onsite with your favorite food truck cuisine. Jayhawk will have concessions such as water, soda, popcorn, chips and candy available.

  • What time can I arrive?

    ⏰7 PM Show - doors will open at 5:30 PM. ⏰11:59 PM Show - doors will open at 10:30 PM. PLEASE NOTE - The venue will CLOSE between 9:30-10:30 PM for cleaning and re-set.

  • Where do I park?

    Please see our FAQs/Information page for a map. With construction downtown, we recommend using KANSAS AVE to 8th St to Jackson to arrive at the venue. 8th & Van Buren is closed. 8th & Quincy is also closed.

  • Where do I enter?

    Our front door is located at 720 SW Jackson under the gray awning that says, 'Jayhawk Walk'. To accommodate ALL guests, this entrance is ADA compliant. Please see the FAQS/Information page for map and photos of the venue. Do NOT go to the marquee on 7th St.
